Hi… We would like to use the Leave Type Automation to move them to Leave Relationship Status when their leave starts and back to their previous status when the leave ends. Issue is it also forces you create a type for each relationship to organization code you have. So instead of creating 1 type (ex FMLA) and indicating you want it changed to LEAVE relationship Status it makes us create 6 types, one for each relationship to Org. Logic on how this is working just does not make sense to me. Are we missing something in the setup, like code we can place in Relationship to Org to indicate all?
Doesn't make sense that we have to create 30 types instead of just 5 types.
Or if someone is automating the change of relationship status without using Infor's solution, would you be willing to share. Thanks.
