I have an Update RequestAction form on the WorkAssignment that triggers an IPA. In the IPA there is a User Activity node that assigns an approval action to a Task. I am not getting any errors in the IPA however when I go to the Task Inbasket, I am expecting to see the Form that was originally submitted when I view the work unit. No form displays for me and the list redirects to work unit Details page. Is there something I could be missing in the IPA to connect the RequestAction to the task?
