Excel Integration - Switch INFOR formulas to values

Hi,

We are using the Excel Integration very frequently. Some times custom reports are send to users without access to Infor EPM. Therefore the worksheets are changed to show only values. Our wish would be to just move the INFOR formulas to values and keep all the rest like sums, manual adjustments (+/-3%) etc. visible as formulas.

Does any one has the same issue and maybe a clever solution for that?

Appreciate your hints and thoughts.

Hi Sylvana,

Try using macro/VBA to turn true values on INFOR formulas only. But it'd be great if Infor EPM support team can add this function into Add-ins panel.

Thanks for sharing the script! This definitely helps switching most of the cases.

Unfortunately, our users also use =INFOR()+100 in one cell and like to have =123+100 as a result. This makes it more complicated.

Is this requirement to replace infor formulas only? So in case of nested formulas or complex ones, the value is placed in there?
