1. I am currently a Support Team Leader for Pegasus Software Ltd in the UK, a company which forms an Independent Business Unit within the European Infor structure. Pegasus produces a catalogue of financial accounting solutions aimed at various mid market business types. I have been with the company for about 3 years and have over 20 years experience of front line customer service in the fields of Information Technology, and Leisure & Recreation Management.

My interests outside of work are essentially anything IT (although I would not describe myself as a geek), as well as various sporting interests of a playing and watching nature including rugby, football and cricket. I love travelling and have visited many places around the globe - my favourite retreat would have to be the mountains of Andalucia where you are able to lose yourself and forget the hectic style of Western living.
