Hi. We are trying to default certain fields (like RelationshipToOrganization, RelationshipStatus, WorkType) from the resource record to the Talent rehire form after the Employee ID (Employee Field) is entered on the form. Has anyone tried to do this and been successful.
The start date pulls in but we are unable to see any special programming that is allowing this to happen to apply to the fields above.
We also noticed that the Anniversary and Seniority dates pull in as long as we do not enter an effective date prior to entering the Employee ID. The Start Date pulls in either way. Any ideas as to why these dates are handled differently on this form and how we can pull them in regardless of when effective date is entered?
