Curious if anyone else has this same situation and how you handle it. We only allow the selection of a new plan for a life event if the current plan is the waive plan. for example, is someone is already in Plan 1 and has a birth life event they can only switch coverage options in Plan 1. If their current plan is the waive plan, they can select Plan 1 or Plan 2.
We have only been able to setup where it allows them to select any plan regardless of their current plan or only change coverage in their current plan, therefore not allowing to select a plan if currently in waive.
Does anyone have a similar rule and if so how do you handle the administration of this? Thanks
