Halo, I created a workflow for Purchase Order, when i click approve the notification succesfully sent to email but in my inbox it's show nothing.
Is there any security role or something i'm missing?
When you state '.. the notification successfully sent to email..' Are you stating that in the Activities Inquiry view you see the distribution is there? Is the Check box enabled? or are you stating something else? maybe your SPAM or email blocked it? Make sure your user has the security role "MingleIONEnabled" security role assigned.
This role is required for any user who needs to interact with the Inbox for Tasks, or Notifications.
