Hello! I'm hoping to get help on our pay statements/PMTOUT file totals.
This snip is from the first pay period of the year, in which the Current and YTD deductions should match.
As you can see, the employer contributions are included in the YTD totals in the deduction column. The taxes also do not calculate a YTD amount. We put in a case to Infor and they said that this is working how its intended.
We currently use MHC for pay statements, but from what I understand, MHC does not perform any calculations. In Lawson S3, these amounts calculated correctly. This started for us after we implemented MT.
Does this calculate the same way for you? Just trying to understand what others are seeing as an out of the box solution, and if you needed a customization to have these amounts calculate differently on the PMTOUT file for the pay statements.
