The coaching process is very limited in comparison to the corrective action process. From an administrative view, there really is not much of a difference within our organization on how each are handled. Within Infor coaching's cannot be sent to the HR team members for review if needed and this causes the process to become delayed and managed not only within Infor, but possibly Outlook, phone calls, meetings, IMs, etc. Whereas with corrective actions, the process can move seamlessly from leader to HR and back, then to employee. It would be ideal for coaching's to work the same way.
