Mail merge error

Just wondering if anyone has seen the below error in CRM when using mail merge.

It happens to all users and all templates, issue is when choosing any option from mail merge, word and email.

They had an office update and on a later version but tested on one of our test machines that has the same office version and that works fine.

Logged a case with Pegasus but just wondering if anyone had come across this

Hi, yes it has been acknowledged as a bug, as per the note below on the Case I raised for it:

This has been identified as a Bug and logged under SCR Opera-9199

This SCR has not yet been assigned to a build and will be fixed in a later releases.

thank you, is it for a specific version of Opera or Office it relates to or just general?

It was logged in general, (on the latest version of Opera 3) and not for any specific version of Office.
