Crystal Reports Line duplication

I am new to Crystal Reports and have been recreating old Quest reports. One report I am creating utilizes the Inventory Transaction, Purchase Order, and PURCH_ORDER_LINE table. The report works well (all transactions are listed) until I try to add a column from the PURCH_ORDER_LINE table. When I add Line No for instance it takes a 3 line purchase order and turns it into a 9 line transaction in my report. What I mean is it repeats lines 1, 2 & 3 for each line on the PO.

Has anyone seen this problem and no how to rectify it?

How do you have your links set up? Sounds like you don't have the PURCH_ORDER_LINE_NO in the INVENTORY_TRANS table linked to the PURCH_ORDER_LINE table.
