We currently spend a lot of time between working off a picklist to load a customer up, going back inside to confirm the delivery and/or get the delivery notes, going back outside to get signatures on all the delivery notes, then having to upload them to IDM. We are looking for a solution to capture the signature for the delivery note(s) or BOL(s) electronically at the time of loading the customer so they can leave. Signature should be captured on our Android based Zebra handheld scanners and uploaded to IDM (ideally).
Is anyone using solutions for this? Let me know your thoughts, thanks!
