Endorse ER 124409: project defaulting on GL entries other than labor

We don't want the project from labor transactions to default onto payroll transactions other than labor, however, the system defaults the project dimension to other expense related transactions. Per Infor, this process is "working as designed." I would like to see an option, similar to the setup in allocations, that says "leave blank if blank" as a check box on any dimension.

In addition, we do not use a dept on our balance sheet accounts, such as the liability accounts. However, the system automatically defaults the employee's department into this dimension, and we have to manually delete from the interface prior to posting.
