Creditors Report after Payroll 2011 update

Hi,
Has anyone else had customers call in about the Creditors Reports (with and without Show Transactions tick box ticked) showing large gaps in between rows?

We advise the fix for this is scheduled for inclusion within version 1.10.20

We have not had any external users log this but our in house accounts department has reported this, however could not recreate on own support system on demodata, they are running this on Opera II version 6.90.00

can you please advise if there is a whole upgrade required or just the report design that comes with this release?
