Document Management - Retrieve PDF's

Hi,

Some users when retrieving documents in Document Management are given this screen and have to then double click the PDF to open and preview it. Others seem to get it loaded immediately.

I have used the Format option at the top of the right hand side menu and none of these options seem to work. Has anyone else ever seen this and know the setting or what needs changing please?

Hi Ben, pls have a look at

There was an issue with AV and specific Windows Updates causing issues with PDM.
