Document Management Version

Question

Good afternoon all,

Sorry for such a silly question, but does anyone know were to find what the current version of Document Management is installed - is there an .ini file anywhere?

I attempted to upgrade Document Management for a customer today but I got the below  error.

I checked and there were no open files (as server restarted just before) and all permissions where set ok.  I hit RETRY a few times but it done nothing, so ended up hitting CANCEL but it then appeared to go through as if upgrading however in the control panel it is still showing as version 3.00.00 with todays date (it was previously showing as when it was originally installed in August 2024).

Has anyone else been able to upgrade Document Management successfully? From what I can see on the install files it should be 3.00.90

…Pegasus have never updated the version in control panel or registry.  For a client, it should show 3.00.90 in the Opera about screen but it doesn't always, I've found.

Thank you John and James for coming back, before I attempt anything on the client server again I had a go updating the Doc. Management on my own laptop which upgraded ok but it did throw up an issue with removing a dll file but ran through ok when I clicked retry....  It's capturing and retrieving ok and when I look in the PDM.DAT files it shows 3.00.90 however the registry still only shows 3.00.00…. Which I thought bit strange.  What's your thoughts?
