Infor's new Customer Ambassador community

Hello!

This seems like a great idea and I look forward to interacting directly with other Infor clients who represent the Ambassador program!

Any thoughts on how we should use this?

I'll go first - I'd like a community where we can share submitted enhancement requests to Infor so we may be able to endorse each other's enhancements.

Hi Craig,

I think that Infor should have a charter or guidelines as to what this channel should be used for. Hopefully the administrator of the channel can publish that.

As for using this forum for discussion/socializing Enhancement Requests, my feeling is that is too granular for this channel. There are so many more industry- and product-specific communities out there on this website to become members of, where the ER will be relevant to most of those on those channels since they are more specific.

As there is one Ambassador channel for all Infor customers and I assume all Infor ERP's, this audience is too wide for that sort of detail as it will not relate to many.
