Trying to get the word out regarding a possible disruption. For those that haven’t subscribed to our main release article (KB1944980) or for those who didn’t catch up on our What’s New recording, there is news everyone needs to be aware of. This upcoming 2026.04 release includes an upgrade to Java 17. This version of Java becomes the new baseline for all things XM going forward. That includes the Java-based System Administration Tool (SAT) and our xmdbtool client. After your region has been upgraded to the latest release you will need to have JDK 17 installed to work with these components of Expense Management. As a reminder of your Cloud Maintenance Window dates, the 2026.04 release is scheduled for deployment on:
- Frankfurt: April 11, 2026
- Sydney: April 11, 2026
- Canada: April 16, 2026
- United States: April 18, 2026
- Infor Government Industries: April 18, 2026
- London: April 21, 2026
