Endorse ER 125032 - Enable Auditing on PayableInvoiceImport business class

Our AP team has requested the ability to audit the PayablesInvoiceImport business class records in order to track changes made to these records after they've been added. Currently, the Audit option is not enabled on this business class and isn't modifiable via ConfigurationConsole. This would allow better compliance of invoice importing, be able to see if any data was changed by TMs, and if the integration is working at intended (identify opportunity to make any updates if needed).

It would be a great benefit to be able to see the full audit of the invoice from import to the end.

You might have a hard time getting Infor to enable audit logging on an interface business class.

In the interim one possible solution would be to send PII data to the data lake and create a Birst report for auditing. You'd probably have to create action overrides for the PII Create / Update actions that trigger bods to send the data to the data lake. That could create a lot of unnecessary processing for small gains though.

If you don't want to use the data lake, you could also do something similar by writing records to a User Business Class in FSM from the PII Create / Update action overrides, but there are caveats with doing that as well.

NOTE: If a dbimport is creating your PII records an action override for the Create action won't work.
