Kia ora team,
We’re doing a short discovery exercise to shape a small pilot of Infor GenAI for Global HR, using the out‑of‑the‑box GenAI Assistant/agents in a test (TST) environment. High level: enable the GenAI feature over HR data users already have access to, then trial with a mixed pilot group (super users, sceptics, and both high/low-frequency HR system users).
If you’ve run something similar (Infor HCM or FSM or other ERP/HCM), I’d really value any practical lessons learnt:
- How did you pick the pilot cohort (roles/personas, advocates vs detractors, managers vs HR, etc.)?
- What HR use cases actually delivered value (e.g., recruitment insights, prioritisation, “multiple clicks to answer” queries)?
- What change impacts showed up when users shifted from “navigate the UI / ask HR” to “ask the assistant”?
- What governance/guardrails helped (noting GenAI runs in the user’s security context)?
- How did you measure success, and what “gotchas” should we plan for (data quality, comms, analytics/feedback loop)?
Thanks in advance, any advice will help us take a calculated approach and set the pilot up for a successful rollout.
