Did you know you can open multiple browser tabs while working in SCS?
SCS allows you to open multiple browser tabs, making it easy to work on different records or areas of the application at the same time. For example, you can keep an event open in one tab while reviewing a contact or account in another, helping you navigate more efficiently.
The screen capture below shows how multiple areas of SCS can be opened in separate browser tabs at the same time, including Event Details, Primary Contact Details, Primary Contact Account Details, and the Events Calendar.
To open a page in a new browser tab, right-click any navigation item, breadcrumb link, or hyperlink within SCS and select Open link in new tab. This same approach can be used for Accounts, Calendars, Reports, and other linked records.
