Activation Policy with Custom BOD not triggering anything

Created a Custom BOD and a Workflow to notify users that an order has failed with a Rejected status. I added an Activation Policy to start the workflow based on a BOD tag where the value is "Rejected". I activated the AP but after several tests the Documents processed count is still 0. There are no errors I can see and no logs to identify what may or may not be occuring. Is there something that I may be missing?

The best way to check is in OneView. Find the BOD that you expect to trigger the Activation Policy. It should tell you the condition it is checking and whether or not it did trigger the AP. You can also confirm that the data sent is actually what you expected.
