Dashboards on Windows Server 2012 64-bit

Morning all,

I installed dashboards yesterday on a Windows 2012 R2 64-bit server and when running the UDS in Opera got this message upon completion:-

Updating Pegasus Dashboards Files Failed - The Pegasus.DashboardsInterface.DashboardsInterface object could not be created.

When attempting to access Dashboards in Opera I also got an error regarding the dashboardsinterface and it went further to suggest the dashboardsinterface.dll has not registered. The dashboardsinterface.dll is in C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesPegasus SharedControls and exists. I attempted to register it but this also failed.

I went on to install the Opera 3 client on a PC and found I could access dashboards in Opera on this PC. Additionally I am able to log into Dashboards via the browser on both the server and client successfully.

Looking at my system I can see in the above location that I have dashboardsinterface.dll but I also have dashboardsinterface.tlb and this file is missing on the server.

The customer has version 2.21 of Opera 3 and the corresponding dashboard version installed.

If anyone is able to shed any light on this issue that would be great. We have a workaround as we can access dashboards via the client but as we only have remote access to the server I'd like to get this working too.
