E-mailing Remittances

Hi ,
We have a client who uses Lotus Notes and when they go through the E-mail remittance routine the e-mails are being created correctly but they are having to click on each one individually to actually send them. Has anyone come across this and found a solution? Thanks...

It could be something to do with the fact that Notes doesn't support Extended MAPI. If that's the case then you're probably out of luck.

The clickyes wont work in this instance as it is creating the e-mails and sending them to the outbox but they then have to click on them individually to send.
I will pass the MAPI info on to their IT dept!

A few years ago I worked for a company that used Lotus Notes. The same used to happen with their software sending through to LN. There was a setting (possibly in the notes.ini) that could take care of this issue. This was however some 4 or 5 years ago and the product may have moved on now but it may be worth investigating the notes.ini file further.
