MSCM Server Userid LS Security Instead of LAUA Security

We are testing for moving from LAUA to LS security. Has anyone completed this transition for the MSCM server userid? I have matched all access I can think of between LAUA and LS security, but the MSCM server will not update unless on LAUA security. Have any others had this same result, or can you share your LS security setup for MSCM? We are on 9.0.1.5 ESP13
