Changing dates in a 4-4-5 Calendar

Has anyone ever changed the dates created by the 4-4-5 calendar in Visual. I created the calendar and now we want to change the end date of this month and the beginning date of next month. I cannot see any reason why this would cause a problem but I would like some input. Has anyone done this.
