location where macros are saved

I have been writing several macros for checking the data entered on several screens to make sure that proper data is entered or certain fields have something entered or dates are the same through all the work order cards, etc etc. It is a real pain having to save these macros on each and every machine where a user enters data. Is there some way to store these macros on the server in the visual folder or any folder on the the server and have them work for all users?
