T&C on back of each page of a document

I designed a PO for a customer to print the T&C on the back of the document. This has worked fine for over a year, now they are raising larger orders and it is now going onto 2 pages, this means that the 1st sheet has p1 & p2 of the order, and the 2nd sheet has the T&C.
What i really want is sheet 1 to have page 1 of order and T&C on back. Sheet 2 to have page 2 of order and T&C on back.
Is this possible for a mere supporty person like me??
