Exchange setup error

We have recently migrated our Database and Terminal Servers and upgraded the Visual Enterprise and Visual.Net software in the process.

The move went fine and the software and Exchange is working correctly on current databases.

Our company is adding 2 new entities and have created 2 new databases for them. In the process, have tried to run Exchange Setup, but on the last screen, receive the following error:
The setup file 'VxcScriptsExchangeMasterInstall.lsc' does not exist

The log file shows:

Working with the Infor team and looking at an existing ticket (solution 742401), the suggested course of action is to re-install .NET, but make the Target Directory default to C:inforVisual Exchange, instead of a separate directory of c:InforVisual.NET

1) Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Was it resolved without the reinstall?
2) Why offer to deviate the directory path if it will not work?
