Infor VISUAL 8.0.0 is now generally available
Dear Infor customer,
Infor is pleased to announce the general availability of the latest release of Infor VISUAL, version 8.0.0. This version is aimed at helping to transform VISUAL into a system of engagement, increase efficiency, and encourage overall operation productivity. It also provides a refreshing Infor SoHo user experience.
With the expanded use of VISUAL graphical views, you can view entire aspects of your business operation, with vertical and horizontal drill-through to applicable information. You can use these graphical views to gain insight to help proactively manage your customers’, help identify new opportunities, and help avert potential issues.
Infor also expanded the solution tool set with this latest release. An automated processing service is included for activities such as costing, scheduling, and MRP, to promote timely update of information. Additionally, Infor VISUAL 8.0.0 includes an API developer’s toolkit that Infor partners and customers can use to extend the VISUAL solution.
Last, but not least, we listened to you, our valued customers, adding over 35 customer-sponsored enhancements as a direct result of feedback coming from Infor Communities, Infor Xtreme, and local user group forums.

The VISUAL 8.0.0 solution upgrade can be downloaded from the Infor Xtreme Download Center using your assigned system administrator login information. If your administrator does not have this information, please submit a general information request under the "incidents" menu on Infor Xtreme. If you have questions about downloading this release, please contact Infor Support.
As a reminder, don’t forget to register to Infor Customer Communities. Infor Customer Communities allows you to ask product questions, manage events, and network with other customers.
