Crystal Report for RQC Deliver to Comment

I have a crystal report for items by requestor but I now need the Deliver to comments entered on the basic tab of RQC. I know text fields are hard to extract. Anyone have an idea the formula needed in Crystal for this? Can it be done?

This is actually a field in the REQHEADER table called DELIVER_TO.
