We didn't provide a quote, but for one client running 3 scanning stations it took approximately 20 hours. This includes installation of image manager and ODBC on 3 pcs, some rule file tweaking, setup/testing of the scan jobs, make sure archive was working correctly. Archive is on the same server as FACTS. The user was fairly proficient using a scanner, and we did not need to spend a lot of time training how to scan jobs in.
Certain things need to be specced out with user, that is, what sort of things need to be scanned. We found there is no need to print documents to the archive if they are going to be scanned in later; the links from FACTS work without having to initially print them to the archive. Also, since FACTS can print a past invoice on demand from the past invoice file, we never recommend archiving invoices.
