Part Specification

Under certain circumstances, we print the "Customer Order" to go with our traveler. I have re-done the form to show the "Long Description", which is the "Specifications" tab on the Part Maintenance screen. This information is absolutely the most important piece of information that I need to print on this Customer Order.

Most of the time, this gives me exactly what I need. However, if the Customer Order was created using the "Generate Order from Quote" option, it doesn't work. The Specification will print on the Traveler and on the Quote, as I have set it to do, but no matter what I try, I can't get it to print when I print the Customer Order.

Am I missing something simple or is this a glitch?
