Mouse Scroll in ViewText Display

When using Text Display Mode (1 window) in the MFG Window, I cannot scroll using the mouse wheel, however I can scroll in Text Display Mode (2 window). Does anyone else have this problem?

System Version: 6.5.2

We use 7.0.0. I use Text Display Mode (1 Window) as my standard view. Scrolling works.
