Email Subject Line When Emailing Acknowledgement

When sending a purchase order acknowledgement by email, is there a way to change the email subject line? It currently populates with "Purchase Order Acknowledgement" and our staff would prefer that it read "Purchase Order". Is there a setting some place in which to change this?
