Looking for opinions on shipping software.

We're a single location machine shop that supplies automotive OEMs. We ship about 15 to 20 trailer loads per day. We are currently using Visual and custom programs to pick parts, print labels and shippers and extract ASN data. We are looking to integrate an third-party software package to handle these operations, reducing the number of steps and manual entry and improve accuracy of data. We are reviewing the Insite Ship software. My question is - are there any other Visual users who are using other shipping software products with Visual? If so, what are alternatives? Are you happy with the software choice? If you are using the Insite Ship software, are you satisfied with its performance? How has it improved your operation?

We currently had a shipping application custom built, but we may go to the hand gun barcode system by visual.
