Item Master clean up - Last ordered / used report
Legacy Contributor
I hope I am missing an obvious report, but I am trying to find a way to list each item in IC11 and the last used/issued date. We have multiple IC12 locations and I am looking for a report which will give me the last PO date, AND the last issue date from all locations. If someone has one already created would you be willing to share it with me?
Thanks in advance!

Jonathan, the IC227 report gives you the last issue date and the last received date. Would that work for you?

The IC227 will give me the answer for the IC12 areas, but it will not tell me items that are orderd by a vendor directly to the department. They are not Inventory Tracked in IC12, so the IC227 will not report on it. Thank you.

Jonathan,
Will you be wanting this information on a reoccurring basis or is this a onetime need? In addition, how comfortable are you with Excel, Add-Ins and more specifically, macros? Here’s why I’m asking.
As far as I can tell there isn’t a single report that will provide you with the information you’re looking for. By running several custom Add-Ins reports onto a macro driven spreadsheet, the data could be compiled in a matter of minutes. That’s a very simplistic description of what it will do as there’s a load of formulas that would pull it all together for you built into the macro.
Let me know.

Mark,
I am wanting it to be able to run every 6 months or so to use to inactivate items in hopes of reducing the number of items that need cleansed.
I am comfortable with Excel and the Add-ins. I have not really worked with the Macros, but why not start learning now.
I have build an Add-in to pull the last issue date for each IC12 Location, and merge them to get that inforamation, but it seems to be the N type items that are haunting me on this journey.
Thanks you for any additional help you can give.
