TCP/IP Manager Update

I was reviewing the PDF that was posted regarding this and I'm trying to track down the instructions for this. I did find a 1.4.2 installation guide for A+ on Infor Extreme, but is that all there is? Is there some documentation specific to doing this upgrade from 1.02 that I'm not finding? I'm presuming I wouldn't have to redo any setups, etc. But I'm not sure.

Also, I have just 1 customer that has this and haven't really had to deal with the tcp/ip manager. Has anyone performed this upgrade from 1.02 and is it as simple as just running the setup.exe and letting it upgrade and we're all set???

Hi Bob,

All you should need to do is remove the old TCP/IP Manager and install this new one. It no longer needs to be started up manually. It will run as a service. If you don't plan to reboot then you need to go into services and manually start the infor TCP/IP Manager.
