Ask Tim Hour

We're excited to offer a new opportunity for all of our partners' technical resources! We will be holding one-hour, bi-weekly training sessions where you have the opportunity to direct the content.

Send in your questions or suggestions on topics to tim.plotner@infor.com - they can be any technical question or topic related to FACTS. We will select ones that seem to have either broad appeal or which are particularly difficult for you to overcome, and we'll do our best to answer the question or demonstrate the solution.

We will also have time available for shorter (hopefully easier) questions at the end of each Ask Tim Hour.

If these turn out to be popular and helpful, we'll keep them going, so show up and contribute ideas and questions!

We will do the sessions every other Thursday, starting July 15th! Look for Webex and Conference call information to be posted here soon, and go ahead and start sending in your questions and ideas!
