Popup message when emailing from Opera CRM - "This document has been modified, do you want to save c

We upgraded a customer from 2.14.10 to 2.25.10 they started getting this message when emailing from Opera CRM. The emails all still go out fine and are recorded the popup is just annoying.
We also upgraded our own internal system from 2.22 to 2.30 and the same has started happening.
Anyone have any ideas what might cause it? The message affects some users but not all.
Screenshot below of the first popup and if you click yes to save the second screen appears.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi, no Ive never seen this & we have quite a number of sites that use emailing from CRM. What email package are the using?
alex
The customer site is using Outlook 2013 and we are using Outlook 2010. The message pops up in Opera though not Outlook. I have logged the issue with Pegasus but not got very far. It is very strange. I have attached a 3rd picture which shows the pop-up appears after you click ok to Opera email.
I replicated this on my standalone Opera 3 v2.30 install as well. I go to Company Processing > Helpdesk tab > open a call > click send email > click ok to the email.

That form looks like it uses an embedded Microsoft Web Browser control for the editing/display. The prompt could be due to script debugging being enabled in Internet Explorer. You can check how to turn that off here:

Thanks both. Alan those options are set as suggested. I will check for updates to the browsers.

This has now been reported as a bug in Opera - SCR 43107.
