I currently have Baan and am working on updating to the latest version and virtualizing the current server into a VM environment. I will monitor this thread, and contribute what I can. I too need the information you are seeking

Hello, I have 4 BAAN IVc4 servers runnning under vmware ESX servers. We haven't noticed a big difference under daily working use. But big performance degradation when running Create runtime DD sessions. More exactly, the refint.exe process. We are investigating this issue as in the main big server, the weekend is not long enough for running this maintenance proccess. We had to stop it after being running for more than 70 hours when the maximun time for the physical server was around 42hours.
Anybody found some similar situation?
