PO253 & PO254

Hello - We are a new member of ECRI/PriceGuide & I've been asked to upload a 12 month data set. They have recommended we use PO253 & PO254. Does anyone use these jobs regularly that can offer some direction?

We are a member of ECRI/PriceGuide as well. We use SQL to pull the require data for them. Based on the require fields they wanted us to supply them PO254 doesn't seem like it would provide enough detail. Please let me know if you should have any questions.

Thanks for the response. I will advise management that we use SQL. I agree in that I do not believe these jobs will satisfy this request. Would you be willing to share your query?

The issue with sending PO data only is that it may not reflect what you actually paid. An SQL query is essential to pull in the matched invoice cost.

Sorry for the late response, was out at the WC Lawson User Conference. I've attached the 2 queries, one for 12 Months and the other is the monthly. These were written by my co-worker.
