Office 365

We have a customer who has migrated from exchange server to 365 and since then when sending statements by email after approx 5 (out of 95) the error message that was fixed by Click Yes on exchange appears. Out of the 95 only about 30 emails actually get sent. Has anyone else had this problem with 365?
