I'm sure most of you got the e-mail announcing the new KB is live. I've already received positive feedback about the improved search capabilities. We have discovered a problem though - partners cannot view solutions that we have flagged as internal. We make any solution containing code fixes or information not appropriate for customer consumption 'internal', which should only allow partners and Infor staff to view it.
Given that 90% of the existing solutions are flagged as internal, this is being given high priority and I'm hoping it will be fixed in a matter of days. I'm being told it is a problem with infor365 and not the migration that took place over the weekend.
In the meantime, continue to search for solutions before creating a product incident. The search is working fine. If you find a solution you can't view and it's of a critical nature, please note the solution number on the search screen and open a product incident, giving us the solution number. We will then e-mail the solution to you.
