Is it possible to generate Purchase Reqs from shortages? I know Visual can generate a PO from a work order, but that seems like a wasteful approach when you're building a ton of work orders at once.
Let's take, for instance, electronic components. If I run 8 work orders for circuit boards, and generate a shortage of 500 different components, mostly all from one vendor, I can't seem to find a way to generate a PO from that.
Does anyone have any tips on how to streamline purchasing for situations like this?
