Windows 7 I assume?
Having the same problem with one of our customers. To do with PDF's I believe. It doesn't create them just hangs. Interestingly enough, he doesn't get the "Printer not Activated" message. Got him to run the update on the server for the time being until I find a solution. Not ideal but a workaround.

Hi,
Make sure the user has full control of the Client VFP folders on their local machines, so Client vfp folder in Program Files and Program Data. I found this helps solve a great deal of problems!
Next create a new pdf port as well by right clicking on the OperaII pdf printer and going to Printer Properties > Ports > Add Port > Local Port > Call it pdf1 then click on Apply.
Hopefully that'll help.

Steve,
I'd do the tp summary to file to check the user can create and view pdfs. bhavesh's suggestions should cure it but i came accross issues where the user had bullpdf installed and following the upgrade they couldn't create pdfs. had to re-install bullpdf to get the dll's correct and the opera pdf printer then worked.
