We have an odd intermittent error at a site which we've been unable to resolve. Customer performs a bank rec and they enter the nominal TB bank balance as the statement balance and then tick all available transactions to check the cashbook agrees to the nominal (don't ask me why they do this!). They then cancel out of the bank rec and clear it which is when Opera crashes.
They follow this process at every month end but the error does not always occur. We have tried clearing out temp files prior to the process being run, disabling the anti virus software, and attempted to recreate offsite with their data.
Have anyone else come across this or have any suggestions on resolving?
