Lawson - Business Intelligence Customer Community [READ ONLY]
Report not bursting

We have a Lawson crystal report using a view od EMPCODES, EMPLOYEE, and PERSACTHIST that will not burst with LBI version Reporting Services (201311) 10-3-1-0-68. I have a call open with Support, but not getting anywhere. We have other reports using views that are bursting fine. Any ideas what I can look at?

I had that happen when we converted from Windows to Unix and our usernames changed. If it couldn't find the author username then it wouldn't burst.

We had a similar issue and RAS 2011 SP7.5 fixed it. What version of Crystal are you using?
