Chinese Characters

Hello,

We are running Visual 6.4.1 against an Oracle db and have no problem with storing Chinese characters in selected fields. We are now moving to SQL Server 2005 and Visual 6.5.2. While the db captures and stores Chinese characters perfectly, Visual will not capture or display them properly. I have installed the Asian language pack and configured keyboard support as well as using Chinese collation on the db. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

We use SQL and it will allow you to input a limited number of characters in some data fields. It can become a problem if you try to export the data. Sometimes and some fields other programs like excel and word can not read the data.
