Looking for other Healthcare that use ILSCM and OE

Unfortunately we use Info OE to invoice our affilate hospitals. Is there anyone out there in healthcare that uses OE and would be willing to share some information. Our problem is our IC11 for non-stocks are to the lowest UOM but we sell by the BUOM and the pricelist is multiplying the cost by the conversion even though the sell and sell price are set to 1 at the BUOM. I am sure we are probably trying the round peg in a square hole deal but if anyone has any feedback I would like to converse.
